pixel.bot was a collaboration effort between myself and Matthew Riddell. It started as a brilliant idea, but never got finished. We were both addicted to iPod gaming, knew how much money some of the top developers made, and wanted to have some of that money ourselves. The game would have been a “jumper” game (ala doodle jump) but with a considerable amount of depth (levelup/bosses/minigames). Whenever one of us was ready to do work, the other one seemed to want to take a break. After getting a working prototype out, the project was dropped altogether. I’m attaching a bit of concept art/flyers to show what it would have been like. Sadly I no longer have many of the original imagery, such as pencil sketches and boss pictures.
